Catalog and sales imports

Bring in your catalog and units sold. A file import is the foundation, and connectors are optional conveniences.

File imports

Every source can be imported from a file, so you never need another service to use Instica.

  • Shopify through its own exports: the product CSV for the catalog and the order export for units by ship-to region. There is no Shopify app.
  • Amazon through the order and FBA shipment reports you download from Seller Central, aggregated by ship-to state or province, with Amazon.ca units split out.
  • eBay and Etsy order exports, NetSuite through a saved-search CSV preset, and a custom orders preset for anything else.

What the importer keeps

On parse it keeps only SKU, quantity, date, country, state or province and, for UK orders, the postcode area. Names, emails and street addresses are discarded.

Connectors

Optional connectors pull from WooCommerce and BigCommerce with keys you create in your own store. Sync can be scheduled, conflicts are shown for you to decide, and every unit figure records its source.

Instica measures, estimates and prepares. You review, sign and submit. Nothing here replaces advice from your counsel.
