A remote MCP server with OAuth lets an assistant work with your data under the same scopes as a key.
What an assistant can do
- Read catalog, volumes, obligations, fees and reports.
- Propose measurements and prepare reports.
What stays with people
Confirming a measurement, signing a report and changing security settings are refused through MCP. You approve each connection yourself on a consent screen, choosing the organization and the scopes, and the assistant can never do more than your own role allows. Disconnecting the assistant in its own app revokes the connection.
