Connectors

Pull orders and listings from WooCommerce and BigCommerce into your volumes. A file import does the same job, and it is how eBay and Etsy order reports come in.

Supported connectors

  • WooCommerce and BigCommerce connect with API keys that you create in your own store.
  • eBay and Etsy have no connector: import their order reports as files.

How a connection behaves

You start every connection from your own session. The first sync is queued right after you connect and runs in the background. You can test a connection, sync it now, reset it or disconnect it, and each change is written to the audit log.

Credentials are encrypted at rest and are never shown again or written to logs. Connectors only read; nothing is written back to your store.

When a sync fails

A failed sync is shown on the integrations page and raises a sync.failed webhook event. Reconnect, or use a file import for the same period.
