• Free: a workspace with 10 measured records and 1 seat, the public tools, a fee estimate and a watermarked report preview.
• Starter: $990 a year or $99 a month. 150 records a year, 1 entity, 3 seats.
• Growth: $2,990 a year or $299 a month. 1,000 records a year, 3 entities, 10 seats.
• Scale: $7,990 a year, billed annually. 5,000 records a year, unlimited entities and seats, SAML and SCIM, higher API limits and priority support.

What counts as a record

A record is one confirmed weight for one packaging component, so a box, its insert and its tape are three records. Supplier, estimated and declared figures do not count. Beyond the included records, each extra record costs $1.50 ($1.00 on Scale).

Payment

Payments run through Stripe Billing, with Stripe Tax for sales tax. Dunning emails follow a failed payment, and plan limits are enforced with a clear upgrade path.
