How rule and fee data is maintained

Every jurisdiction fact carries a source. Changes are reviewed by two people.

Sourced facts

Each fact in a jurisdiction record has a value, a source URL, the date it was retrieved, a short verbatim quote and a status. A fact that could not be verified is marked pending with the reason. It is never invented.

Two-person review

Changes to jurisdiction and fee data are proposed in an internal console and go live only after a second person reviews them.

Support access

Support staff can view your workspace read-only for troubleshooting. Every such session is recorded in the audit log.
