Fees
Estimated fees from each jurisdiction's published schedule, in USD, CAD, EUR and GBP.
What is estimated
- Each published fee schedule Instica has on file, including eco-modulation where a schedule has it. Where no schedule is on file or a rate is not published, the fee shows as pending, and a schedule used for a period after its own fee year carries a warning.
- Fee per SKU and per unit, and a forecast for next year.
- An accrual export for your accounting system.
- An invoice check that flags discrepancies between what a scheme billed and what the schedule implies.
Pending means pending
Where a regulator has not published a rate, the fee shows as pending. It is never shown as zero or left blank.
Private scheme rates
Some schemes do not publish their rates, for example Ontario's producer responsibility organisation and German dual-system licence prices. You enter the rate from your own contract or invoice, and the figure is labelled customer-supplied.
Currency
Exchange rates come from the free European Central Bank and Bank of Canada reference rates.
