Automated quality checks
Every record is checked. A flag must be resolved or explained before its reporting period can lock.
What is checked
- The photo against the entered scale reading and the material.
- Outliers against sibling specs, the same component's history and the sampling variance.
- Missing evidence, for example a component with no measurement.
- Supplier declarations that have expired.
Resolve or explain
A flag stays open until you resolve it or write an explanation. Both go into the evidence, and an open flag blocks the period lock.
What a check means
A check is a prompt to look again, not a statement that your data is right or wrong, and not an approval by any regulator.
